Charles H. Noble, Jr.

Charles H. "Charlie" Noble, Jr. has over 50 years of professional experience in the appraisal of residential, commercial, industrial, special purpose, farm and ranch properties. Charlie also has over 50 years of concurrent experience in the selling, leasing and management of commercial properties. Prior to forming Noble & Associates, Charlie served as the Chief Appraiser for District 15 of the Texas Highway Department, a position focused on appraising and reviewing third party appraisals on properties acquired for right-of-way. Charlie has also served as a fee appraiser for the City of San Antonio in its acquisition of right-of-ways for expressways.

Charlie graduated from Rice University in Houston, TX with a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Business Administration and Economics.

Charlie's continuing education and training has included multiple courses offered by The Appraisal Institute, The American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers (AIREA), the Society of Real Estate Appraisers (SREA), the American Society of Real Estate Counselors, Valuation Network, Inc., the Texas Society of Professional Land Managers & Appraisers, the Resolution Trust Corporation, the Institute of Property Management, the Texas Association of Assessing Officers, the Institute of Property Taxation, Texas A&M's Real Estate Center, the International Right of Way Association and the Institute for Real Estate Professionals.

Charles H. Noble, III

Charles H. "Hank" Noble, III has over 30 years of professional experience in the appraisal of single family residential, multi-family residential, high-rise condominium buildings, retirement communities, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, farm, ranch and special purpose properties.

Hank graduated from Washington & Lee University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree with Special Attainments in Commerce. Prior to his studies there, Hank studied for two years at the School of Architecture, Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas.

Hank's continuing education and training has included multiple courses offered by The Appraisal Institute, The American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers (AIREA), the Society of Real Estate Appraisers (SREA), the American Society of Real Estate Counselors, the International Right of Way Association, Valuation Network, Inc., International Real Estate Management (IREM), the Texas Society of Professional Land Managers & Appraisers, Texas Association of Assessing Officers, Texas A&M's Real Estate Center, the Institute for Real Estate Professionals, Inc., and the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.

Hank has served as a lecturer for Lorman Education Services' Texas Property Tax seminar.

Samuel M. Noble

Sam Noble has over 20 years of professional experience in the appraisal field.

Sam graduated from Washington & Lee University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree with Special Attainments in Commerce.

Sam's continuing education and training has included multiple courses offered by The Appraisal Institute, The American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers (AIREA), the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, the American Society of Real Estate Counselors, the Institute of Property Taxation, Texas A&M's Real Estate Center, the International Right of Way Association, and the Institute for Real Estate Professionals, Inc.

Sam earned the MAI designation in 1994, the GAA designation in 1996, the CCIM designation in 1997, the ASA designation in 2002, and the CRE designation in 2003.

Sam is a Texas State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.
Sam is also a Registered Texas Real Estate Property Tax Consultant.




 





 


   



Cecil R. "Bob" Baker

Bob Baker has been employed with Noble & Associates, Inc., since 1989.  He is an experienced appraiser of single family homes, multi-family residences, commercial properties, industrial and manufacturing properties, office buildings, farms, ranches, and special purpose properties.

Bob graduated from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas in August of 1982. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture with a specialty in Animal Science. Prior to attending SWTSU, Bob attended Texas Lutheran College in Seguin with undergraduate studies in Science.

Bob spent 2 years working as a soil conservationist for the US Department of Agriculture, Soil Conservation Service in Haskell, Texas. He then spent 4 years working as a real estate appraiser in Seguin, Texas. There, Bob served a wide variety of clients appraising residential, farm, ranch, and commercial properties throughout the state. Bob subsequently worked in Gonzales, Texas for a savings and loan, serving as the coordinator for appraisals and the classification of assets.

Bob's continuing education and training has included multiple courses offered by The Appraisal Institute, The American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers (AIREA), the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers, and the International Right of Way Association.

Bob is a Texas State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.
