Cecil R. "Bob" Baker
Bob Baker has been employed with Noble & Associates, Inc., since 1989. He is an experienced appraiser of single family homes, multi-family residences, commercial properties, industrial and manufacturing properties, office buildings, farms, ranches, and special purpose properties.
Bob graduated from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas in August of 1982. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture with a specialty in Animal Science. Prior to attending SWTSU, Bob attended Texas Lutheran College in Seguin with undergraduate studies in Science.
Bob spent 2 years working as a soil conservationist for the US Department of Agriculture, Soil Conservation Service in Haskell, Texas. He then spent 4 years working as a real estate appraiser in Seguin, Texas. There, Bob served a wide variety of clients appraising residential, farm, ranch, and commercial properties throughout the state. Bob subsequently worked in Gonzales, Texas for a savings and loan, serving as the coordinator for appraisals and the classification of assets.
Bob's continuing education and training has included multiple courses offered by The Appraisal Institute, The American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers (AIREA), the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers, and the International Right of Way Association.
Bob is a Texas State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser
